What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments in all parts of Pakistan through:

Do you have a display outlet?

Our business model is online worldwide and hence we do not have any retail display store yet.

Why was my order cancelled?

All order if placed successfully on the website are final and there are no issues 99.9% of the times.

However, goods are subject to availability. If your ordered item becomes out of stock or there is any other issue, we will let you know as soon as possible and you will not be charged.

What do I do if I receive wrong product?

If the merchandise that you receive is damaged or wrong, you have 48 hours from the invoice of your package to notify us. Please contact us immediately at support@roohalzahra.com or WhatsApp us at +92 333 4022664.

Any complaint brought to our notice after 48 working hours will not be accepted.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard delivery time is 4-5 days.

How much is the shipping?

Our standard delivery charges are Rs. 250/- per article across Pakistan.

My order never arrived, how do I get it?

Please contact us at support@roohalzahra.com with your order number so we can assist you in this regard. At times, the item is returned back by the courier company if there is no one at the door during the time of delivery.

What type of leather do you use?

We mostly use faux leather as it is durable and will last a long time. It has ability to withstand scratches. For most of our collections, we use vegan leather that can be modified with variations in grain, color and textures to reflect an aesthetically pleasing visual appearance.

My bag looks different than what it was like when I purchased it?

Our bags pattern may be slightly different from the photo as these are handcrafted, making each piece almost unique. Actual colors of the bags may vary due to the difference of light.

CARE

How do I clean my purchased bag?

Do not dry clean. If your product gets wet, remove any excess moisture with a soft dry cloth at room temperature. If the metal hardware on the product becomes discolored, use a dry cleaning cloth to remove any tarnishing. Test the cleaning solution on a small inconspicuous place before cleaning the rest of your bag.

Will my bag retain its shape?

Our bags are made with a classified layering technique to give it structure, strength and a three-dimensional form. While the process gives it strength, like any other physical entity if force is applied to it, the shape may be distorted.

What is the best way to store my bag?

When the bag is not in use, store it in the box provided along at the time of purchase. Don’t keep the bag in the air tight place or box. Bag should be exposed to at least once a week otherwise it may get stiffened and cracked.
